Seeding will be done with the clerk of the course. Athletes will need to be alert of the agenda or they will be scratched in order to keep the meet on schedule

¼” spikes are required for all participation. No exceptions will be made in running or jumping events

The locker rooms at Placer High will not be open for athletes to change..

Athletes are to remain in the stands or in the warm up area. The warm up field is adjacent to the discus sector on the girl’s softball field. Coaches may be on the infield.

Please encourage your athletes to remove their spikes in the stands.

The athlete must checkout of a field event with the official to compete in another overlapping event. This is crucial for the high jump and pole vault pit.
